Sri. Rasik Somaiya is the Chairman of the Company. He holds a Master's degree in Commerce, a Bachelor's degree in Law, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management and is also a qualified Company Secretary (ACS). On the results of the IAS Exam, he qualified for a Central Civil service job and worked with the Government of India & Central & State public enterprises for 40 years. Shri.Somaiya during this long career had gained experience in law, taxation, personnel & administration, finance, capital markets, etc.

sarayu somaiya - managing director
Smt. Sarayu Somaiya is the Managing Director of the Company for the last five years. She holds a Master's Degree in Arts and also a Bachelors Degree in Education. Earlier she was actively engaged in the field of education and social work. Later she took extensive interest in the Capital & Securities market especially in IPO's. She took up sub brokership registration with well known stock brokers and also worked as an accredited agent of Development Financial Institutions, investment bankers and mutual funds for about 10 years. She possesses good experience in financial services segment of capital market as also in securities market operations.

niraj somaiya
Niraj has been one of the earliest technology analysts in the Indian financial sector. He has a B.Tech in Computer Engineering and a MBA in Finance. Niraj has worked with some of the leading FII's in India such as ABN Amro. He brings immense industry experience and relationships to Span Capital. He is responsible for the providing the strategic direction and focus for Span Capital and leads the corporate finance activities of the firm.

m. rushikesh
Rushikesh is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost & Works Accountant. He brings several years experience across the financial services spectrum of accounting, auditing and stock-broking to Span Capital. He is responsible for liasoning with portfolio firms, corporates and government institutions such as Reserve Bank of India and Registrar of Companies for the certification processes involved in the on-going business of Span Capital.
